For the Brenderup Premium series 8000 boat trailers a host of equipment is available which makes boat transportation easier and safer.
Step keel kit for boats with "speed grooves" in the hull
Certain types of boats have speed grooves in the hull, such as Ryds 620 DC etc. These boat types cannot be hauled-up/launched by a conventional boat trailer.
Wash-out of brakes
For boat trailers with brakes, a wash-out system is available for washing out the brakes with freshs water.
Gangway
With a non-skid gangway mounted on the boat trailer, you can easily and dry-shod hook on the snap hook to your boat for loading.
Electrical winch – for easy haul-up and launch
An increasing number of customers choose electrical winch for their boat trailer, and Brenderup offers the optimum solution – a strong, reliable, and US-manufactured quality winch with stainless steel wire. Wireless remote control is available for the winch.
Brenderup offers a complete solution for electrical winches (Item No. 43740):
The system includes:
- Strong, reinforced winch post with stand
- Warn 3700 electrical winch with remote control
- Adapter, for quick and easy dismantling by wing nuts, which provides ideal theft protection, as you can store the winch in the boot during the sail.
- Lockable steel box for the battery (supplied without battery)
As optional equipment for the electrical winch, an additional box for the battery charger is available. This box can be mounted next to the battery box.
